Job Description


The Pool Attendant plays arole in greeting and meeting guests at the pool area within 10 seconds.



  • Maintains a neat and clean work area, but not limited to, arranging pool furniture, picking up used towels, stocking clean pool towels, empty all trash cans and ash urns and cleaning the pool.
  • Collects payments for the sale of sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.
  • Maintain pool restrooms and refill supplies (soaps, etc.) in order to provide convenient and courteous service. 
  • Clean and detail Corkscrews Lounge
  • Sweep/Wash cool deck



  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
  • Other duties as assigned.



·        HighSchool Diploma or GED preferred

  • Ability to swim preferred.
  • CPR Training preferred.
