Job Description

Manage, observe and lead the hotel team members in delivering great service to our guests.  You will be expected to role model the set service behaviors, engage your team through recognition, create and positive and motivating work environment and provide continued development opportunities.  Candidates for this position must possess strong leadership skills, passion for customer service and drive for excellence. Hotel, front desk or Casino experience a plus


Qualifications
