KEY JOB FUNCTION: Manage, observe and lead your hotel team members in delivering great service to our guests. You will be expected to role model the set service behaviors, engage your team through recognition, create and positive and motivating work environment and provide continued development opportunities. Candidates for this position must possess strong leadership skills, passion for customer service and drive for excellence.



· High School Diploma or GED required

· 1-2 years supervisory experience


The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to fulfill the obligations of this position.

· Successful completion of the Supervisor Leadership Assessment Program (SuperLAP) is required.

· All internal candidates to "Career Mobility" and "Legendary Leadership" classes as well as any additional classes offered by Caesars Entertainment

· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

· Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

· Must have and maintain a valid AZ Drivers License and successful Motor Vehicle Report

· Computer experience and proficiency in common computer applications and Internet Use is required.

· Must be highly motivated and self directed.

· Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guests and employee conflicts.

· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, teambuilding and problem solving skills are required.

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Must present a well groomed appearance at all time.

· Must perform duties with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to handle large/heavy items up to 50 pounds.
